So Shadows of Cincinnati and Neverending Nights have changed their venues as well!
SoC will be moving to the Cinci Turner's Lodge, the same site we're using.
Neverending Nights will be moving to the Lancaster Fairgrounds at 2151 W Fair Ave, Lancaster OH 43130

Today, all websites I operate were blacked out in protest of SOPA and PIPA. Some of you contacted me concerned that the site may have been hacked - no such thing happened, but I assure you that is very much what those bills would allow. I personally contacted Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown to request he review his position - which is currently as co-sponsor of the Protect IP Act.
It is rare that I would bring politics to the table like this, and this matter goes beyond any party line. SOPA and PIPA would prevent independant operators like myself from keeping websites like this going. I keep this website going because I love PPG and because I have fun with the site, and I've never asked a thing in return. Today, I ask this one thing of all of you: be aware. Read up on SOPA and PIPA, educate yourselves, and be involved. These bills would allow the government to run roughshod over free speech, and would quickly strangle the life out of the internet. For some of us, that encompasses everything we do in one shape or another.
I do not mean to sound preachy, I apologize if I do - awareness of this issue is critical.

Here is a list of all the people that took part in Auctoritas Ritae The Binding on 12/30/11. Beyond the increase in vinculum as drawn, for one month following the Binding, all participants' Vinculum ratings are one higher than normal. Thus, if you had none to an individual you would have one, etc. This would last until the 02/03/2012 session.

Also on the sign-in sheet there will be a place for you to indicate that you are going to Midwinter so that we may send your sheets in by the deadline which is 01/08/2012.

THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!
We have a new game site. Many, many thanks to Amy, tpo Lorelei, for finding this for us! We are going there immediately! This coming Friday's game, the 30th, we are tentatively scheduling for the new site. We are definitely booked for the following game on the 6th. We don't want anyone to get lost in the transition! We'll have directions to the new site at the front desk at Yottaquest(hopefully, I haven't had the opportunity to ask them yet but they're pretty cool like that, I think they'll happily redirect people) for those who miss this announcement. One other thing of note: site fees. This site is going to cost us so we're going to start charging a door fee. It'll be small, we'll work out exactly what soon and have it posted. Eeyup. I'm breaking things to make them cooler...
So the last post I made got eaten when I deleted its data-type. It's essentially a repeat of this datatype, no sense cluttering the backend with that shit.
More stuff in the works! Lots more! This is just the beginning. So here are some of the current functions built into the site.
- User-managed Groups: You can create a Clan or Pack Group(or look for one) and invite people(or apply).
- Blogs: You can blog about. Hell, I'd be cool with letting people push to the front page even, so everyone can read your blog. I say go for it! Just keep in mind anything you reveal here is open to the city, this is "IC"
- Actions: Right now we have "Spend XP" "Ask an ST" and "Website Feedback" - if you find a bug, let me know so I can spray it. There are bound to be plenty with the new system.
- Polls: Feel free.
- Private Messaging System: Much better than the shitty one we had before imo
- Forums: These are still being worked on. A lot. PRIVATE FORUMS ARE OUT. Use Groups instead, you can manage them yourselves.
